Cicloviagem, lazer e educação ambiental: processos educativos vivenciados na Serra da Canastra / Cycletravel, environmental education and leisure: educative process experienced in Serra da Canastra

O objetivo desse estudo foi identificar e analisar os processos educativos vivenciados por um grupo de cicloviajantes participantes do ?Projeto de Educação Ambiental e Lazer? (PEDAL) durante uma cicloviagem na região da Serra da Canastra. A pesquisa envolveu notas de campo, as quais foram submetidas à análise qualitativa inspirada na fenomenologia. A análise dos dados permitiu identificar processos educativos relacionados à aprendizagem técnica, a empatia e a experiência sensível ao ambiente. Consideramos que a experiência promovida pela utilização da bicicleta pode favorecer fruição crítica do lazer e da educação ambiental.

The objective of this study was identify and analyses the educative process experienced by a group of cycletraveleres that are participates of the ?Enviromental Education and Leisure Project? (PEDAL) during a cycletravel at the region of Serra da Canastra. The research involved notes that were submitted to qualitative analyses inspired in phenomenology. The analyses of the data identified the educative process associate to technical learning, the empathy and the sensible experience to the environment. Consider that the experience promoted by the utilization of the bike can encourage critical enjoyment of leisure and environment education.

Lazer de pessoas com deficiências: significando, aprendendo e ensinando / Leisure of persons with disabilities: meaning, learning and teaching

Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo compreender os processos educativos decorrentes da prática social lazer de pessoas com deficiências físicas ou visuais que frequentam clubes sócio-recreativos na cidade de São Carlos-SP. Com base na fenomenologia, modalidade fenômeno situado, foram entrevistadas seis pessoas com deficiências físicas ou visuais. Os processos educativos observados apontam o lazer como espaço de troca de experiências e afirmação da capacidade de fruição do mesmo pelo grupo, indicando situações de combate a posturas e atitudes preconceituosas, significativas para pensar o estabelecimento de políticas públicas de acessibilidade, incentivo e apoio para a fruição do lazer das pessoas com deficiências.

This research aims to understand the processes arising from educational practice social recreation for people with physical or visual disabilities attending social and recreational clubs in the city of São Carlos-SP. Adopting the methodology of phenomenological, modality situated phenomenon, were interviewed six people with physical or visual disabilities. Educative processes observed point as leisure space for exchanging experiences and affirmation of capacity for enjoyment of the same group, indicating situations of combat postures and prejudiced attitudes, significant to consider the establishment of public policies on accessibility, encouragement and support for enjoyment of leisure for people with disabilities.

The Sims 3: perspectivas de uma experiência de lazer virtual / The Sims 3: perspectivas de uma experiência de lazer virtual

Nesse estudo objetivamos desvelar os significados atribuídos por jogadores e jogadoras no âmbito do lazer virtual, a partir das relações desenvolvidas na experiência com o jogo The Sims 3. No sentido de tornar compreensível sua dinâmica, apresentamos o jogo e os valores que o tornam atrativo para as pessoas. Como procedimentos metodológicos utilizamos questionários aplicados junto a sete pessoas cadastradas em um fórum online sobre o The Sims e, para a análise de dados, nos valemos da formação de categorias. Foram construídas três categorias: A) Fertilizando imaginações, que se relaciona com a possibilidade de criação e as motivações do jogo analisado; B) Tentando escapar da caixa invisível, indicando as idealizações e perspectivas futuras estimuladas na experiência do jogo; C) Expandindo Horizontes, que indica aprendizados descritos pelos/as participantes no contexto do jogo.

This study purpose to uncover the meanings attributed by players within the virtual leisure, relationships developed from the experience with the game The Sims 3. In order to make understandable its dynamics, we present the game and the values that make it attractive to people. The methodological procedures used questionnaires in seven people enrolled in an online forum about The Sims and, to the data analysis, we followed the formation of categories. The data analysis makes emerge three categories: A) Sparking imaginations, which relates to the possibility of creation and the motivations of the game analyzed; B) Trying to escape the invisible box, indicating the idealizations and future prospects in the game experience stimulated C) Expanding Horizons which indicates learning described by participants in the context of the game.

Projeto de educação ambiental e lazer (pedal): dialogando a partir do cicloturismo na escola / Environmental education and leisure (treadle): dialogue from the bicycle tourism at school

O PEDAL teve início com um grupo interessado em realizar passeios e viagens de bicicleta buscando fruição do lazer desvinculado do consumo. O objetivo deste relato de experiência é apresentar o cicloturismo como uma alternativa de fruição do lazer que tem possibilitado debates e reflexões que visam à conscientização de alunos/as da educação básica sobre a interface entre os temas lazer, educação ambiental e qualidade da vida. Neste relato consideramos intervenção realizada em uma escola de ensino fundamental na cidade de São Carlos-SP. A partir dos resultados da análise dos registros produzidos pelos/as alunos/as, consideramos que o tema, de interesse dos mesmos, suscitou a construção de reflexões significativas, tais como: a possibilidade do uso da bicicleta como meio de transporte para o trabalho ou para o lazer; a necessidade de políticas públicas que promovam e garantam segurança e respeito ao ciclista.

The PEDAL had beginning with an interested group in accomplishing walks and bicycle trips looking for fruition of the disentailed leisure of the consumption. The objective of this report of experience is to present the cicloturismo as an alternative of fruition of the leisure that has been making possible debates and reflections that seek to the understanding of alunos/as of the basic education on the interface among the themes leisure, environmental education and quality of the life. In this report we considered intervention accomplished at a school of fundamental teaching in the city of Saint Carlos-SP. Starting from the results of the analysis of the registrations produced pelos/as alunos/as, we considered that the theme, of interest of the same ones, raised the construction of significant reflections, such as: the possibility of the use of the bicycle as means of transportation for the work or for the leisure; the need of public politics that promote and guarantee safety and respect to the cyclist.

A perspectiva do lazer entre lideranças sindicais das áreas metropolitanas de São Paulo e de Lisboa / The perspective of the leisure amoung syndicalists of the metropolitans areas of São Paulo and Lisbon

Pretendemos, neste estudo, compreender qual o sentido do lazer, diante das novas relações de trabalho em tempos de globalização, para líderes sindicais que atuam em entidades das áreas metropolitanas de São Paulo/Brasil e de Lisboa/Portugal. A metodologia adotada foi a Fenomenologia, Fenômeno Situado. Com base nos dados originados nas entrevistas, estabelecemos as seguintes categorias temáticas: A) Busca da redução da jornada de trabalho, B) Usufruto do lazer, C) Lazer como recuperação para o trabalho. Consideramos que nos tempos de globalização, após diversas conquistas dos trabalhadores, infelizmente, temos assistido nas últimas décadas, crescente precarização de direitos dos trabalhadores nos dois países pesquisados, gerando insegurança do trabalhador diante da vivência do seu trabalho e do seu lazer de modo autônomo, livre, criativo, significativo e humanizado.

We intended, in this study, to understand the sense of the leisure, due to the new work relationships in times of globalization, for syndical leaders that act in entities of metropolitan areas of São Paulo (Brazil) and Lisbon (Portugal). The methodology used was Phenomenology, Situated Phenomenon. Based on the data originated in the interviews, we established the following thematic categories: A) The request for the reduction of the work day, B) Actions related to the use of the leisure, C) Leisure as recovery for the work. We consider that in the globalization times, after diverse conquests of the workers, unhappily, we have attended in the last few decades, increasing precariousness of rights of the workers in the two searched countries, generating unreliability of the worker ahead of the experience of its work and of its leisure in independent way, it exempts, creative, significant and humanized.

Ecomotricidade: sinergia entre educação ambiental, motricidade humana e pedagogia dialógica / Ecomotricity: synergy between environmental education, human motricity and dialogic pedagogy

No proposto ensaio teórico, compreendemos que a polissemia do termo “esporte” tende a contribuir para uma visão generalizada de “esportivização” das práticas corporais, dificultando o desenvolvimento de processos educativos por meio dessas práticas. Na educação ambiental, essa realidade fica evidente pela predominância de práticas de esportes integradas a uma natureza “distante”, nas quais se espera que o ser humano desenvolva uma consciência “ecologicamente correta”, visão simplista e preservacionista, que contribui para uma relação fragmentária entre ser-humano e mundo. Nesse sentido, utilizaremos preferencialmente a nomenclatura ecomotricidade, definida como práticas corporais desenvolvidas com intencionalidade, relacionada a processos educativos de reconhecimento das relações ser humano-meio ambiente, que primam pela sinergia entre educação ambiental, motricidade humana e pedagogia dialógica. Nesse ensaio desenvolvemos essa sinergia no plano teórico, abrindo um caminho para futuros estudos que pretendam desenvolver essa proposta na prática.

In the proposed theoretical essay, we understand that the polysemy of the term “sport” has atendency to contribute to a generalized view that associates all corporal practices with sportive practices, making the development of educative processes through these practices difficult. In environmental education, this reality is evident by the predominance of sportive practices carried out in a "distant" nature, hoping that the participant will develop an “ecologically correct” conscience, a simplistic approach that contributes to a fragmental relation between human-beings and the world. In this sense, we will use the nomenclature ecomotricity, defined as corporal practices developed with intentionality, associated with educative processes of recognition of the relation human being-environment, that support the synergies between environmental education, human motricity and dialogic pedagogy. In this essay, we developed this synergy in theory, opening the way for future practical studies.

Dialogando sobre a capoeira: possibilidades de intervenção a partir da motricidade humana / Dialoguing on the capoeira: possibilities of intervention starting from human motricity

A cultura africana e afro-brasileira, e com esta a luta capoeira, tem sido colocada em segundo plano. Embora lutas, artes marciais e esportes de combate sejam denominações frequentes a práticas corporais como capoeira, huka-huka, judô, karatê, dentre outras, justifico preterir os termos arte marcial e esporte de combate, farei uso preferencial da expressão luta por considerá-la mais adequada ao contexto da capoeira e seu surgimento em solo brasileiro a partir da luta do povo africano e afro-brasileiro em busca de liberdade e afirmação de sua corporeidade. Este texto terá como objetivo central discorrer sobre os desdobramentos desta luta em nossos dias, e possibilidades de intervenção tendo como suporte a ciência da motricidade humana de Manuel Sérgio e a pedagogia dialógica de Paulo Freire, as quais, entre outras influências em suas respectivas constituições, têm a fenomenologia existencial de Maurice Merleau-Ponty.

This text will have as central objective to discourse on the unfoldings of this fight in our days, and intervention possibilities tends assupport the human motricity science of Manuel Sérgio's and dialogical pedagogy Paulo Freire's, the ones which, among other influences in your respective constitutions, they have existential phenomenology Maurice Merleau-Ponty's.

Lazer e processos educativos: o olhar de gestores de clubes de empresas / Leisure and educative processes: the enterprise's recreation clubs managers point of view

O trabalho buscou através de pesquisa com enfoque fenomenológico, modalidade fenômeno situado, compreender os processos educativos presentes na prática social lazer, a partir dos discursos de três gestores de dois clubes de empresas. Na construção dos resultados formaram-se as seguintes categorias: A) Lazer para relaxar e voltar ao trabalho; B) Relacionamento interpessoal no lazer; C) Possibilidadesde lazer proporcionadas pela empresa. Sendo assim, pudemos identificar processos educativos de cooperação, atenção às regras, reivindicação, dialogicidade, alienação e possibilidade de conhecimento de uma nova localidade. Estes processos educativos se dão na convivência, através do relacionamento interpessoal durante as interações realizadas nas ações de lazer proporcionadas pelas empresas.

The study intended, through phenomenological research, specifically the "situated phenomenon" method, to understand the educative processes present in the social practices of leisure, based on the speeches of three managers of two enterprise's recreation clubs. In the data analyses the next categories were constructed: A) Leisure to relax and to return to work; B) Interpersonal relationship in leisure experiences; C) Leisure experiences provided by the enterprise. Being so, we could identify educative processes of cooperation, attention to rules, claim of rights, dialoguing, alienation and possibility of knowledge of a new place. These educative processes happen in the everyday interactions, through interpersonal relationships during leisure experiences provided by the enterprises.

Karatê-Do como própria vida / Karatê-Do as your own life

O Karatê chegou ao Brasil através das imigrações japonesas e possui hoje mais de um milhão de praticantes. Porém, são raros os cursos de Educação Física que têm disciplinas a ele relacionadas, resultando no distanciamento do profissional desta área do universo das artes marciais. O objetivo deste estudo foi estabelecer uma perspectiva de compreensão do fenômeno Karatê a partir daqueles que o vivenciam. Pautados pela fenomenologia entrevistamos 10 Senseis do Karatê-Do, com a interrogação: O que é isto o karatê para o Sensei? Baseados em suas descrições formamos as categorias: a) Karatê-Do como Própria Vida (afirmaram ser o Karatê uma prática intrínseca à vida); b) Educando e se Educando com o Budô através do Karatê (explicitaram ser o Budô uma possibilidade de ensinar e aprender para além da luta); c) De Luta a Caminho (comentaram que muitos iniciam o Karatê como luta e depois passam a compreendê-lo como caminho de auto-conhecimento). Consideramos que o Karatê-Do, entendido como sabedoria de vida ou modo de viver, embora possua características e similaridades com a filosofia, não possui seu alicerce no pensamento lógico ocidental, ao contrário encontra-se centrado na sabedoria oriental, na qual se privilegia a compreensão e contemplação do mundo através da experiência pessoal cotidiana.

Karate came to Brazil through the Japanese immigrations and nowadays containing more than one million of practitioners. However, Physical Education’s courses rarely have disciplines linked to fights, resulting in some distance between the professional from this area and the universe of martial arts. The objective of this study was establishing a perspective from comprehension of the phenomenon Karate from who lived it. Based on phenomenology, we interviewed 10 Senseis with the question: What is karate to Sensei? From their descriptions we make the following categories: a) Karate-Do as your own life (Senseis affirmed to be Karate an intrinsic practice of live); b) Educating and Self-Educating from Budo through Karate (they expressed to be Budo a possibility to teach and learn besides thefight); c) From Fight To Way (Senseis affirmed that a lot of them began the Karate while a fighting method and later,they started to comprehend it as a way of self-knowledge). We consider that Karatê-Do, understood as wisdom of lifeor way of living, although it has characteristics and similarities with the philosophy, does not possess its foundation in the logical of occidental’s thought, differently finds itself centered in the eastern wisdom that privileges the understanding and contemplation of the world through the daily personal experience.
